Palo Blanco RV Park offers daily, weekly, and monthly site rentals. Rates vary based on occupancy, electrical service, and length of stay.
Limited Capacity Notice: Palo Blanco RV Park is a quaint, privately owned facility. Management reserves the right to limit occupancy, vehicles, guests, or access to amenities as needed to maintain safety, comfort, and the overall guest experience.
RV Sites & Overview
- Full hook-ups: water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric
- Caliche back-in RV pads
- Crushed granite outdoor area suitable for guest-provided propane grills and outdoor seating (not provided)
- Space for up to two (2) vehicles within the assigned site

Monthly Stay Information
- Monthly stays are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- Electricity is billed separately based on individual meter usage.
- Monthly payments are due on the 1st day of each month. (Not every 30 days from move in date.)
- A $125.00 security deposit is required for all monthly stays.
- Deposit may be applied toward unpaid rent, utilities, damages, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or outstanding balances.
Utility Billing – Monthly Guests
- Electricity is metered separately for monthly stays.
- Meter readings are taken at check-in, monthly, and check-out.
- Guests will be charged based on actual metered electricity usage. Rates are subject to change based on utility cost adjustments.
- Tampering with meters or utility connections is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and charges for damages.
Guest Information
Laundry, Mail & Deliveries, and Wi-Fi
- Laundry Facility Available On Site –
Coin/Card-operated washers and dryers are available for registered guests. Laundry fees apply per load. - Mail and packages should not be sent to the park. Guests should use a PO Box or alternate delivery location.
- The park is not responsible for lost or misdelivered items.
- Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy only. Service, speed, reliability, and network security are not guaranteed. Guests use the network at their own risk. The park is not responsible for data loss, security breaches, interrupted service, or device compatibility issues.
Guest Assistance
- Contact park management for questions, assistance, maintenance concerns, or non-emergency issues.
- Guests are responsible for their own visitors, deliveries, personal property, and compliance with park rules.
- For emergencies, call 911 first, then notify management if needed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30+ days before arrival: Full refund.
- 15-29 days before arrival: One-night fee retained.
- 14 days or less: No refund.
- No-shows or early departures: No refund.
- Holiday & special-event weekends: Non-refundable.
- Monthly stays: Non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- No refunds for weather, personal emergencies, schedule changes, mechanical issues, or travel delays.
Occupancy, RV Eligibility & Vehicle Standards
- Rates include up to two (2) adults.
- Maximum occupancy per site is four (4) persons at any time.
- Additional occupants require approval and may incur fees.
- RVs must be in good working condition and well maintained.
- Units older than 10 years may require management approval.
- Management reserves the right to approve or deny any RV based on its overall condition, appearance, and suitability for the park.
- One (1) RV and up to two (2) vehicles per site.
- Vehicles must fit within the assigned site.
- Parking in vacant or unassigned spaces is prohibited.
Reservations & Payments
- Guests must be 18 years of age or older to rent a space.
- Full payment is required at booking for daily and weekly stays.
- For monthly stays, a deposit of $125.00 is required to secure a booking.
- A valid credit/debit card must remain on file for all monthly stays.
- Guests staying 30 days or longer must complete a separate Monthly Stay Agreement.
- Monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month.
- Processing or booking fees may apply.
Late & Failed Payments
- Late payments are subject to a $25.00 late fee.
- Returned or declined payments may incur a $30.00 service fee.
- Repeated payment issues may result in removal from the property.
