Park Rules & Policies

We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all guests. All guests are required to follow all park rules, policies, posted notices, and management directives at all times.

Rules & Policies

Check-In / Check-Out: Guests must check in before entry. Check-in is 1:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Valid identification is required. Late arrivals must be coordinated with management in advance. No arrivals are permitted after dark without prior approval.
After-Hours Arrivals: After-hours arrivals are strongly discouraged and require prior approval. Unauthorized late-night arrivals may be denied entry until the following business day.
Gate Access: Do not share gate codes. Guests must ensure the gate closes after entry and exit. Guests are responsible for the actions of anyone they provide gate access to. Unauthorized access may result in removal.
Departure Requirements: Sites must be left clean and free of trash or debris. Utility connections must be properly disconnected. Property left behind may be removed or disposed of at the guest’s expense.
Children: Children must remain under close supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Guests are responsible for the safety, conduct, and welfare of all minors accompanying them.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted.
General Conduct: No illegal activity, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, disruptive behavior, parties, large gatherings, solicitation, subleasing, or unauthorized occupants.
Illegal Drugs & Criminal Activity: Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and criminal activity of any kind are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal, denial of future reservations, and contact with law enforcement.
Alcohol Use: Alcohol is prohibited in all buildings and common areas. Alcohol must be confined to your site only. Dispose of containers properly.
Law Enforcement / Removal: If law enforcement is contacted regarding any guest or visitor, the involved person(s) may be required to leave immediately without refund.
Visitors: All visitors must be approved by management, leave by 10:00 PM, and may not bring pets. Guests are responsible for all visitors’ conduct. Management reserves the right to limit, restrict, or deny visitors at any time.
Delivery Services: Delivery drivers are not permitted inside the property. Guests must meet deliveries at the entrance gate. Do not share access codes with anyone, including delivery drivers.
Pets: One (1) pet permitted per site. Pets must remain on a leash (6 ft maximum), supervised, and under control at all times. Outdoor-only pets are not permitted. Pets may not be left unattended outside or enter indoor facilities.
Pet Waste: Failure to immediately clean up pet waste may result in a $50.00 cleanup fee per occurrence and may result in removal for repeated violations.
Pet Behavior: Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, disturbances, or nuisance behavior caused by pets is not permitted. Repeated complaints may result in removal of the pet or guest without refund.
Restricted Breeds: Restricted breeds, including mixes, include Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corsos, Mastiffs, and Wolf Hybrids. Management reserves the right to refuse or remove any pet deemed unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or a threat to guests, staff, other animals, or property. Aggressive behavior may result in immediate removal from the property without refund regardless of breed.
Parking & Vehicles: One RV and up to two vehicles per site. No inoperable or unregistered vehicles, vehicle washing, mechanical repairs, parking on grass or empty sites, window/wall-mounted A/C units, golf carts, e-bikes, ATVs, or similar motorized vehicles.
Utilities & Hook-Ups: Connections must be secure and leak-free. Sewer lines must remain sealed. Generators are not allowed. Guests are responsible for damage caused by improper utility connections, leaks, misuse of utilities, or failure to follow park utility requirements.
Outdoor Use & Site Appearance: Outdoor items are limited to standard patio furniture and grills. Debris, junk, discarded materials, appliances, construction materials, and unsightly items may not be stored outside the RV, tents, tarps, pools, outdoor appliances, clotheslines, exterior modifications, and trash accumulation are prohibited.
Maintenance & Safety: Guests may not interfere with park staff/equipment, block access, enter staff-only areas, alter landscaping, trim vegetation, dig holes, move rocks, alter irrigation lines, or damage landscaping.
Trash & Cleanliness: Trash must be bagged, tied, and placed in designated dumpsters. Management may charge guests for excessive trash removal, cleanup, disposal costs, or property restoration resulting from a guest’s occupancy.
Prohibited Activities: No commercial work, business operations, construction, contractor services, mechanical repairs, solicitation, utility tampering, unauthorized occupancy, or storage of construction materials, equipment, tools, or job-site supplies outside the RV.

Additional Park Rules

  • Firearms & Weapons: All firearms and weapons must comply with Texas law. They must be stored safely. Discharge of firearms, BB guns, pellet guns, air rifles, or similar devices is prohibited. See Full Rules & Policies for complete firearms and weapons restrictions.
  • Bicycles & Riding Devices: Non-motorized bicycles and scooters are permitted. Motorized or electric devices are not allowed. Ride safely and yield to pedestrians.
  • Drones: Drones and aerial devices are not permitted on park property.
  • Occupancy Status: Occupancy at Palo Blanco RV Park, LLC constitutes a revocable license, not a lease or tenancy.

Safety Information

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Fire Safety: No open fires, burn barrels, smokers, charcoal grills, or wood-burning devices are permitted at RV sites. No fireworks or explosives. Propane grills are allowed at your site only and must be supervised.
  • Designated Fire Pit Use: Wood-burning fires are permitted only in the park’s designated fire pits. Fires must be attended and fully extinguished before leaving. Fire use may be restricted during high wind conditions or county burn bans.

Severe Weather, Pond & Guest Safety

Severe Weather & Emergency Preparedness

  • Palo Blanco RV Park only has one entry/exit and does not have a storm shelter on-site.
  • Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and alerts.
  • Guests must evacuate when directed by authorities or management.
  • RVs must remain ready and capable of leaving the site quickly in case of emergency.
  • Guests must have an evacuation plan and secure RVs/outdoor items during storms.
  • The park is not responsible for weather-related damage.
  • Pets must be taken with guests during evacuation or emergency and may not be left unattended.
  • Guests are encouraged to maintain adequate RV, vehicle, and personal property insurance.
  • Hurricane Season: June through November.

Pond & Wildlife Safety

  • Seasonal catch-and-release fishing only during daylight hours and only when the pond is adequately filled.
  • Fishing is permitted only for registered guests and their approved visitors.
  • No swimming, wading, or entering the pond.
  • Use caution near pond edges.
  • Wildlife may be present, including snakes, insects, and other native wildlife. Do not feed, approach, or disturb wildlife.
  • Do not leave trash or food outside, as it may attract wildlife.
  • Children must be supervised at all times near the pond and common areas. Use at your own risk.
  • Guests assume responsibility for outdoor environmental risks.

Freezing Conditions

  • Guests must winterize RVs and water connections.
  • Heated hoses are recommended.
  • Guests are responsible for freeze-related damage to their equipment or the park’s utilities.

  • Cameras are in use in common areas. Cameras do not guarantee personal safety or property security.
  • Unauthorized recording is prohibited. Tampering with or disabling cameras is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest information is kept confidential. Report suspicious activity to management.

  • The park may capture photographs or video of the property for operational, security, or promotional purposes. Guests may appear incidentally in such media.
  • Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: Guests acknowledge that RV parks, outdoor recreation, fishing, wildlife, weather events, vehicles, utilities, and related activities involve inherent risks. By making a reservation, entering the property, or occupying a site, guests voluntarily assume responsibility for their own safety, personal property, family members, visitors, and pets.
  • Guests stay at their own risk.
  • Occupancy is a revocable license and not a lease or tenancy agreement.
  • Guests must follow all park rules and are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of visitors.
  • Violations may result in removal without refund.

  • Palo Blanco RV Park, LLC includes natural and man-made conditions that present inherent risks, including uneven terrain, wildlife, weather, water features, vegetation, utility systems, and actions of other guests.
  • Guests are responsible for securing belongings. The park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Guest Release & Assumption of Risk

Palo Blanco RV Park is a private ranch-style RV park and outdoor recreational property. By entering or remaining on the property, guests acknowledge that outdoor recreation and rural environments involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, weather conditions, water features, livestock, vehicles, and other conditions commonly associated with outdoor recreation.

Guests are responsible for their own safety, the safety of their family members, visitors, pets, and personal property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palo Blanco RV Park, LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, or injuries occurring on the property.

Registered guests may be required to acknowledge or sign a Release and Indemnity Agreement as part of the reservation or electronic check-in process. By making a reservation and entering the property, guests agree to comply with all park rules, policies, and safety requirements.
